1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using any service offered by 0kok, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 0kok. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform.

0kok reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about current policies.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use 0kok services, you must create a player account. The following conditions apply to all registrations and to maintaining an active account on our platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

0kok supports a variety of trusted payment methods commonly used across Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following policies apply:

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. New payment channels may be added or removed at 0kok's discretion.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are defined on the respective payment pages and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All deposits must originate from an account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 1–5 business days depending on the payment method selected.
• 0kok reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal if fraud or irregular activity is suspected.

0kok does not charge fees for standard deposit transactions. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own processing fees. Players are advised to confirm applicable charges with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

0kok offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed full account registration and KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer carries specific wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0kok platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all pending balances:

• Creating multiple accounts (bonus farming, duplicate accounts, or use of alternative identities).
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using unauthorized software, bots, scripts, or tools to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting fraudulent transactions, including the use of stolen payment credentials or chargeback manipulation.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity designed to defraud the platform or other users.

0kok actively monitors for suspicious activity and cooperates fully with relevant authorities. Any attempt at fraudulent or abusive behaviour will be taken seriously and acted upon without delay.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the 0kok platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 0kok or its licensed content partners. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any platform content is strictly prohibited.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights and may be revoked at any time if these terms are violated.

7. Limitation of Liability

0kok provides its platform on an 'as available' basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure service reliability and data security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Planned maintenance, network disruptions, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 0kok shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, incorrect wagers, or misunderstanding of game rules. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. You accept full personal responsibility for the decisions you make on this platform.
